Recently, CNN listed some of the biggest brands that disappeared in 2009. Some of them known worldwide (MSN Encarta) and some more “local” (Saturn). And according to Wall Street 24/7, the economic crisis will continue to take its toll on big brands in the next year - Newsweek, Motorola or Kodak are estimated to disappear, according to their financial records. So who’s next? Your bet is as good as mine; nowadays, nothing is sacred anymore :).
So take care of your customers, build up your promise, be relevant, useful, activate your brand story… Or you could be next. Mua-ha-ha.
